The Arizona Data Center Alliance is partnering with Baltu Technologies to launch a free on-ramp into paid data center internships. The program gives Arizona residents a zero-cost, employer-designed path into industry careers without prior technical experience.

Learners start with a personalized skills assessment, then move through stackable industry badges built directly with AZDCA member employers. Completed pathways lead straight into paid internships at AZDCA member sites, with starting salaries above $50K and clear progression into full-time roles.

The partnership addresses two problems at once: Arizona's rapidly growing demand for data center technicians, and the lack of an accessible first step for non-traditional candidates. By removing the cost barrier and aligning training with real hiring criteria, AZDCA and Baltu aim to open the industry to a much broader Arizona workforce.
